These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS messaging program offered by Seek and Find Financial (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Seek and Find Financial, including updates, service reminders, appointment confirmations, special offers, and other relevant information. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or number you received messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin, simply opt-in again through the original sign-up method (such as our website, intake form, or keyword). Once you’ve opted back in, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. Message frequency will vary based on user engagement and program activity. For more information about your text or data plan, please contact your mobile service provider.

Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Compliance with Industry Standards

Our messaging practices comply with applicable industry standards and legal requirements, including but not limited to the CTIA Guidelines, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other relevant laws and regulations.

By participating in this SMS program, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission and that you are at least 18 years of age. Your use of this service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
